John's Sewer & Pipe Cleaning, Inc.

So.. my wife is on her way out the door when I hear her screaming "THERE'S SH*T EVERYWHERE!!!".  Ok, I thought, the kids didn't clean up their toys again. No.  There was sh*t everywhere because the main sewer line backed up.  I called this service, they quoted me $180 and the tech will be at my house in 90 minutes.  Two and half hours later (close enough), he came and routed my drain (took 1 hour).  Technician was conscientious about doing a good job and I am happy with the service.  Actual bill was $185 (also close enough) with a "fuel surcharge".  A very reasonable drain snaking service, which is what I wanted.

John's Sewer is a very reliable company. They have rushed over a few times when I had emergencies. I can definitely count on them.

This company has great customer service, they really want their customers to be happy and it shows.

They cleaned a pipe for us, and the technician was courteous to my wife and he called me afterward to tell me what was going on and how he fixed it. The work was well done, on time, and the service was great.
